Shine Away the Darkness
Love Flowing Down

Unto Your Name
The Spirit of God
Everyday
Under the Blood
Surrender
You Are Welcome
Hidden
The Day
What Do I Do

Tomorrow Was Yesterday

Shine Away the Darkness

(Written by: Ryan Barnett & James Lormand)

Chorus
I’ll shine away the darkness by showing them Your light
When they see me I know they see You they can’t tell us apart
So I’ll come out of hiding and show them who You are
I’ll tell them what, I’ll tell them how, I’ll tell them why
I’ll shine away the dark

Verse 1
What do you do with a heart that’s broken  what do you when they just can’t see
Overwhelmed by the things of the world maybe you’re asking what’s wrong with me
Don’t be consumed with the things around you, don’t let your heart fill with all your fears
Just look to the sky let the weight of the world drown away in your shed tears
Be the one…..to make a change….Be the One….Who will say….

Verse 2
So, now you’ve decided to follow Jesus, now you have said “I surrender all”
You’ve opened your eyes and you’ve seen the truth, you’ve opened your heart and answered the call
Now keep in mind that the road’s not easy and you will be tempted along the way
Look to the sky, to the one who is with you, He’ll give you the strength so that you can say
I’ll be the one…to make a change... to take a stand….so I can say

Bridge
So much Darkness…so much pain…the world is lost…they’re looking for answers
People are hurting…empty inside…they’re lookin for someone
To show them what, show them how, show them why, to shine away the dark

Love Flowing Down

(Written by: Ryan Barnett & James Lormand)

What could you give more precious than this?
You gave your all, your life for me

To remember your sacrifice precious to me
Has changed my heart forever
Now I can see

The blood was love flowing down
The day they pierced your side and nailed your hands and feet upon the cross
You gave your all to take my place
Traded your crown of gold for one of thorns
So I could know your love was your blood flowing down
Your blood flowing down was your love flowing down

How can I give what you deserve?
I’ll give my heart, my life, my all

To remember your sacrifice precious to me
Has changed my heart forever
Now I can see
Amazing love how can it be
The King of Heaven died for me

Majestic magnificent and glorious

Who am I?  What can I give?
To show how much you mean to me
Lord I give  All that I have
To praise Your holy name

Jesus    Jesus

Lets Praise His   Holy  Name….Give him Praise!

The Spirit of God

(Written by: Ryan Barnett)

The Spirit of God is living in me
A Fresh anointing from the cross of calvary
A precious flow of mercy none other could bestow
A sweet anointing to make the grace river flow

You’re my comforter, You’re my helper
You’re my teacher, more than all you are my friend
How I love you, How I need you
How I honor you, You are faithful to the end

(c) 2011 Ryan Barnett

Under the Blood

(Written by: Ryan Barnett)

There are so many times I’m walking down life’s road
I don’t know where to turn I don’t know where to go
But no matter where God takes me there is one thing I know
It’s by the blood of Jesus Christ to Him I’m even known

I’m under the blood I’m under the blood of the Lamb
And I am forgiven from every sin
Every sickness and every pain is under the blood of the Lamb
I am blessed with all blessing and I’m righteous in Christ
And I am more than a conqueror by His sacrifice
I have freedom from anything satan has planned
Under the blood under the blood of the Lamb

Although there will be weapons formed by the enemy
I know it is the blood of Christ that truly protects me
No matter where I go I plead the blood before
So I have confidence to walk through every open door
Everywhere I turn I know Jesus will be
There is no one greater than the One who lives within me
Now that I’m in Christ my eyes can finally see
That its only by His blood I have real victory

(Chorus)

And one day God’s own Son went up to Calvary
He suffered, He bled, and He died to pay the price for me
Because of Jesus’ blood it is now I can be seen
A new creation in Christ, I am freed, blessed, and redeemed

(Chorus)

Surrender

(Written by: Ryan Barnett & James Lormand)

Oh Lord I long to stand here before You, here before You
Holy and pure before my God
Oh Lord create in me a clean heart
A clean heart, oh God
And renew a right spirit within me
This is my desire
This my desire

Chorus
Teach me Your ways, reveal to me Your perfect plan
For all Your ways are higher, All Your ways are higher
Teach me Your ways, Show me all You have in store
I give all that I am to You
Jesus, I surrender all

So now Lord here I stand, longing for You, longing for You
I wanna see your glory pass me by
I wont be satisfied with just one glimpse of just one glimpse of You
I want to know you better than ever before
This is my desire
This is my desire

Bridge
Search my heart, Look deep within my soul

Cause of Your mercy and Your amazing grace
Now we come boldly so we can say
Holy Spirit, You are welcome in this place

Hidden

(Written by: Ryan Barnett)

One who loves you greatly is hid before your eyes
His mercy’s never failing  His love is for your life

So we search for You
So we search for You
So we search for You till we find
But You are hidden You are hidden You are hidden
You are hid before our eyes You are hid before our eyes

Seek and you will find Me I remember that you said
My heart is searching for you please don’t be far away

So I search for You
So I search for You
So I search for You till I find
That You were hidden You were hidden You were hidden
You were hid before my eyes You were hid before my eyes

The Day

(Written by: Ryan Barnett)

Some of you are hurting
Desperate and confused
Broke, in need of healing

Some of you are searching
Tryin' to find your way
Looking for the answers

This could be the day to find what you've been looking for
You've tried every other way, with Him there's so much more

Turn your eyes to Jesus, He's there with open arms
Waiting to show you the power of His love
He'll mend your broken heart
Heal your troubled mind
Anything you need you know that
This could be the day...you change your life

You're praying for your family
It's all turned upside down
Everything seems hopeless

In all your situations
What's weighing on your heart
He knows everything you need

This could be the day to find what you've been looking for
You've tried every other way, with Him there's so much more

Turn your eyes to Jesus, He's there with open arms
Waiting to show you the power of His love
He'll mend your broken heart
Heal your troubled mind
Anything you need you know that
This could be the day...you change your life

Turn your eyes upon Jesus
Look full in His wonderful face
And the things of this earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace

What Do I Do

(Written by: Ryan Barnett, Derek Carson, & James Reine)

There used to be a day I didn’t act this way
I didn’t seem to fight myself
But here I am again repenting of my sin
Just like everybody else
I tried to walk the straight and narrow but I keep on fallin
Maybe here is where I belong
I’m so tired of getting up just to keep on fallin
Cause I know right from wrong
It’s not me, it’s what’s in me or is that even me at all
What do I do not the things I want to (3x)
What do I do the things I hate the most

Verse 2
This fight I have inside like I’m fighting for my life
It’s a fight I seem to rarely win
Only through Your strength alone will I ever really
know how to leave this sorry place I’m in
I tried to walk the straight and narrow but I keep on fallin
Maybe down here is where I belong
I’m so tired of getting up just to keep on fallin
Cause I know right from wrong
It’s not me, it’s what’s in me or is that even me at all
What do I do not the things I want to (3x)
What do I do the things I hate the most

Tomorrow Was Yesterday

(Written by: Ryan Barnett)

I looked for the light at the end of the tunnel
I Searched for the Lining on the Cloud
I even tried to see it through your eyes
But it all failed somehow

You said the sun would come out tomorrow
You said it would be a brighter day
Now all I know is tomorrow was yesterday

Here I am in the dark
I’m lost with no way out
I just wish I hadn’t missed tomorrow…yesterday

The shadows won’t leave me alone
My past and everything I’ve done wrong
Keep reminding me of who I was
I can’t forget

Every mistake I ever made
Why do I have to feel this way
It’s not who I want to be anymore
I don’t know how to change

Here I am in the dark
I’m lost with no way out
I just wish I hadn’t missed tomorrow…yesterday

Help me find my way
I know you’ll see me through
Don’t give up on me
There more for me to do

I need you by my side
Helping me along
When I’m feeling weak
I know you’ll keep me strong

I can feel your prayers for me
Everything you say
Helps me forget the past
And about yesterday
